Dr. Song and his dental team gave m excellent care this morning. It was my first visit and they were so welcoming and friendly. They were even willing to write me a doctor’s note for work and be accommodating of my work schedule. Jasmine has great bedside manner and was very attentive during the exam process. I would highly recommend this Aspen Dental location.

I had an excellent experience at this dental clinic from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff (Jessica and Susy) were very friendly and professional; they clearly explained the registration process and the wait time was minimal. The environment is very clean, modern, and inspires confidence. The doctor (Dr. Song) and the team took the time to listen to my concerns and explain each step of the treatment before starting. I really appreciated that they used simple, clear language and never rushed, answering all of my questions. During the procedure with Naveen he was very careful and attentive to my comfort, checking in frequently to make sure I was doing well. The technology and equipment they use are clearly high quality, which gave me peace of mind. Lisa was also very transparent about costs and treatment options, which I value a lot. I never felt pressured to accept unnecessary services. The final result exceeded my expectations. I left very satisfied with the work performed and the care I received. The entire staff at Aspen Dental is amazing.. I was so nervous coming in, they were kind, not judgemental and very understanding..I cannot recommend a better place for your dental needs. I would recommend to anyone!!! They are the best!

As someone who works in healthcare, I can say I’d NEVER recommend coming to this practice. This all took place in November 2025. I needed to get my wisdom teeth out urgently and went to Aspen in Fulton Market and was recommended Aspen in Schaumburg. When I first went back, everything seemed very rush. I did not get a breakdown of what medications I’d take after, what would happen when I wake up, or aftercare explained. They placed an IV and oxygen right away. Next thing I know, I’m half awake/half dozing off being pulled into my car by an employee. This is incredibly unacceptable. I was not given time to wake up from sedation and was hurried out of the practice. Because of this procedure I also missed work which required some forms to be filled out by the surgeon. I’ve been in contact with the front desk about this. Everytime I’ve called, Jessica answered (I also saw the other 1 star review about her and it stands). As I was explaining who I am, she interrupts and says the forms will be filled out, Dr was out on vacation. Completely understand. As the patient, I was calling to follow up since there is a due date for these forms. She then mentioned how Drs need vacation too and we

Naveen, the Dental hygienist did a professional job cleaning my teeth and making sure my gum is healthy. Everyone at the station is so welcoming and ready to help. I 100% recommend these guys with any dental issues you may have. Thank you guys
